Serving Friendswood

Friendswood straddles the Galveston and Harris county line, with Clear Creek winding through the city and a mostly residential, tree-lined character.

Kelm Electric provides residential electrical work for homeowners in Friendswood. We’re a local, family-run part of Kelm Home Services, based in Santa Fe, and the licenses behind the work are held by owner Clint Kelm: TECL #21849, TMEL #510665.

What to know about Friendswood homes

• Newer homes here often add EV chargers, outdoor lighting and generator hookups after move-in.
• If water has reached outlets, panels or equipment, it should be inspected before it’s used again. We help homeowners here assess storm and flood damage.
• Busy households often need more circuits for home offices, kitchens and garages than the original builder provided.

Permits and inspections

Depending on where your home is, permits and inspections in the Friendswood area are handled by the city or by Galveston. We’ll tell you what your project needs and take care of it.
