What to know about Santa Fe homes

• Santa Fe is our home base, so we’re close by for everything from troubleshooting to panel upgrades.
• Rural properties often have long service runs, shops, barns and well pumps, all of which need properly sized circuits.
• If water has reached outlets, panels or equipment, it should be inspected before it’s used again. We help homeowners here assess storm and flood damage.

Permits and inspections

Depending on where your home is, permits and inspections in the Santa Fe area are handled by the city or by Galveston County. We’ll tell you what your project needs and take care of it.
